New Materials Collage

Retech works with companies every day in the creation of new materials and processes.

In many instances these are companies that do not have a reason to buy a furnace because of a short term need, small production lots or environmental restrictions but still need to advance their company and their products. Retech can help manage these types of situations.

New Materials include titanium alloys, super-alloys, nickel and many steel and stainless steel alloys, as well as chromium and silicon based materials, and alloys requiring precision melt furnaces which have traditionally related to the titanium precision melt furnace industry.

New materials can create a substantial revenue stream for many companies. We can either help you develop the process or we can produce the finished material for you as a trusted part of your supply chain. We serve customers in this capacity that are not in the same group of companies that buy our furnaces and not the kind of companies that service this class of business. These companies can be start-ups, testing labs, small businesses or Universities. Our goal is to solve niche problems for unique companies that have "fallen through the cracks", so to speak in regards to being able to buy thermal processing equipment.
