Career Posting – Inside Sales Administrator

Summary:
Sells corporate products to business and industrial establishments over the telephone or by e-mail.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist customers with product quotes and placing orders.
  • Follow-up on quotations to obtain orders.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
  • Contact existing customers for potential sales growth.
  • Field incoming call and e-mails.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma.
  • Some college preferred with knowledge of business or marketing.
  • Must have up to date computer skills including: Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience using computer software tools relating to tracking data within an ERP environment.
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.
  • Manufacturing experience a plus.

 

Other Skills & Abilities:

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven command of the written language.
  • Self-Motivated
