Specialty Alloys

Retech can produce alloys using refractory metals, reactive metals and many exotic metals that are off limits to other companies due to extremely high temperatures needed to process them. This allows our customers design flexibility and the ability to work special properties into existing materials, or create new ones.  We have melted and produced more than 200 complex alloys utilizing thermal processing techniques.


Composites

Retech has combined metal and other materials to create composites that others could not manufacture. Our specialized processing makes the combination of certain unlike materials possible allowing new materials to be produced that can solve many problems.

Ingot Casting and Production

Ingot casting in our furnaces produces high quality materials for special parts and processes. We can produce single ingots for experiments, small production lots for prototyping or smaller jobs and large production orders are now being accepted.


Small Part Casting

Reactive and hard to handle materials are not a problem for Retech. Maintaining high purity, high temperature materials for automotive, aviation, aerospace, and many other commercial applications is a must. Retech can produce high quality, durable parts for many industries.


Silicon

Solar Grade (SG) silicon is a product used in the photovoltaic industry for the production of solar cells. Silicon for this use is in short due to demand for feedstock materials, used in the past to produce SG silicon for the production of solar panels.


New Materials

Retech works with companies every day in the creation of new materials and processes. Solving industry-wide problems with thermal processing is our forte. New materials create a substantial revenue stream for many companies and we can either help you develop the process, or we can produce the finished material for you as a trusted part of your supply chain.
