A Mechanical Engineer provides department design efforts by researching, planning, designing, and purchasing mechanical and electromechanical equipment for metallurgical, specialty metals, hazardous waste treatment, and aerospace industries. They also provide sales support, customer support, and project support of systems utilizing electrical, hydraulic, vacuum, and pneumatic components for equipment such as plasma welders, plasma melters, induction vacuum casters, electron beam melters, and vacuum arc re-melters, as well as associated material handling equipment.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical aspects of furnace building. The primary responsibility of this role is to support multiple furnace and sub-assembly builds, liaising between engineering and industrial assembly. This person will work closely with the project teams, both engineering and assembly, to execute sub-assembly and full furnace builds at Retech.

A Material Handler/Manufacturing handles, moves, and stores various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within a warehouse. Their main duties include kitting and the physical and electronic movement of inventory as it relates to the manufacturing process.

The Electrical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team in a custom manufacturing environment. This role is a transformational leadership position focused on transitioning the department from a "bespoke" project mindset to a modular, library-driven "Configure-to-Order" architecture. The manager will balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic process development to drive down engineering hours while ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability for vacuum melting furnaces.

The Welder/Fabricator joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weld-able materials by applying appropriate welding techniques.

The Machine Operator works with the Production Supervisor on operation, documentation, and care of furnace equipment. Informing supervisors of changes and discrepancies within the furnace processes.

The Industrial Mechanic is responsible for assembling, testing, servicing and installing metallurgical processing equipment domestically and internationally. The Industrial Mechanic will assist in the assembling of the mechanical equipment using prints and schematics in an industrial shop environment.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, coordination, supervision, start up, trouble shooting and operation of Retech’s products and equipment worldwide. They identify, analyze and repair products and equipment at customer’s location.
