Eligibility

Full time regular employees are eligible for all Retech benefit plans. Part time regular employees are generally eligible for prorated benefits.

Medical

Retech offers employees and their dependents at least 1 medical insurance plan. Employees are eligible to participate in the plan on the first month following 30 days of employment. Premium cost is shared with the employees
